  • How secure is my unit?

    Our dry, secure storage units are alarmed and monitored by CCTV 24hrs. We sell locks at our facility, or you can provide your own, so you will be the only key holder.

  • What can I store in my unit?

    We permit customers to store almost anything. We do not permit storage of live animals or any items that are perishable, illegal, dangerous or hazardous.

  • What is the minimum and maximum time I can have the storage unit ?

    You can rent a storage unit for as short or long as required, however, we do have a minimum storage charge of 4 weeks.

  • How much notice will I need to give to move in and out?

    We do not require any notice for moving in, you can sign up and move in on the same day. Our notice period for vacating the storage unit is one week.

  • What about insurance on the unit?

    Insurance is required on the contents of your unit. This may be with a third party or with ourselves at a competitive rate. If going through a third party, we will need a copy of your insurance document prior to you moving in.

  • How do I pay for my unit?

    We automatically take payment for your unit every four weeks using the debit/credit card details you provide to us when you sign up. A receipt will be sent to you in the post or by email every four weeks.

  • How do I sign up and do I need to provide any documentation?

    We will ask you to complete a quick form at our office in Penygroes and we will require one form of I.D and one proof of address. We also ask for 4 weeks payment up front along with a deposit (which is refundable when you vacate the unit)
