How secure is my storage unit?
Our facility is alarmed and covered by CCTV. Each indoor storage unit is individually secured with your own lock and key. The building also has fire detection and a modern alarm system.
What storage unit sizes are available?
We offer a range of indoor storage options from compact lockers up to 150 sq ft units. If you are unsure what size you need, select “Not sure” on the quote form and our team will help you choose.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my unit?
Yes. If your storage requirements change, we can help you move to a larger or smaller unit, subject to availability.
What’s the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period for indoor self storage is 4 weeks. After that, you can continue storing for as long as you need. When you are ready to leave, simply give 7 days’ notice.
What can I store in my unit?
Most household and business items can be stored, including furniture, personal belongings, business stock, tools, documents and seasonal items.
Live animals, perishable items, illegal goods, dangerous items and hazardous materials are not permitted.
Do I need insurance?
Insurance can be provided through us, or you can use your own insurance where your policy provides suitable cover for belongings kept in self storage. Cover arranged through us can be increased up to £10,000 for higher-value items. Please make sure the level of cover is suitable for the value of your belongings.
How do I pay?
Storage charges are paid by card in advance every 4 weeks. Secure card payment processing is used and a receipt is provided for each payment.
Do you offer caravan storage?
Yes. We provide separate outdoor caravan storage at our Penygroes facility. Caravan storage is available on an annual contract only and is subject to current plot availability.
